What Is Insulating Oil Purifier?
Insulating oil purifier, also called transformer oil purifier, is a kind of mechanical equipment that filters solid impurities and moisture in insulating oil and improves the performance and the insulation strength of insulating oil.
How About Its Application?
It is used for oil-immersed electricity equipment in power plants, power stations, power companies, metallurgy, petrochemical, railways, and other industrial and mining enterprises, for purification and treatment of unqualified insulating oil.
Insulating Oil Filtration Serves Two Important Purposes
1. To filter out the impurities in the transformer oil, keep the transformer oil pure, facilitate the smooth flow of the transformer oil in the thermal cycle, and facilitate the heat dissipation of the transformer.
2. To filter out the moisture, prevent deterioration, and keep good insulation performance of the transformer oil. To avoid explosion caused by short circuit because of the discharge of live parts inside the transformer to the iron core and the box due to the deterioration of the transformer oil.

Notice:
1. Switch on the power supply, the ground cable must be connected before operation.
2. Before the operation, pay attention to the direction of motor rotation, which should conform to the arrow direction.
3. When there is no oil circulation, do not open the heater, otherwise, it will burn out the heater, or it will explode.
